Job description

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Planner to be located in Kallang, Singapore.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

  • Prepare Materials CTB reports (Clear to Build).
  • Liaise between the Material and Program Teams on demand management.
  • Work closely with production personnel to ensure zero downtime.
  • Work closely with warehouse/operations to ensure a smooth flow of raw materials.
  • Co-ordinate engineering changes with functional departments.
  • Report key metrics.
  • Liaise with customers on key materials issues.
  • Contribute to workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation in EHS programs.
  • Participate and adhere to Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) policy, programs and procedures.

Here are some of our preferred skills:

  • Diploma/ Degree in any discipline, preferably with 2 years’ relevant experience.
  • MRP / SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good team player who is independent and self-motivated.
  • Ability to interpret within established procedures and practices as well as exercise independent judgment in complex situations.
  • Have a strong proficiency in the Chinese language.
