Job summary

PTW PRECOMMISSIONING SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks engineers with refinery and oil & gas inspection experience to review history, plan scoping, and supervise on‑stream and downtime inspections of process piping and equipment.

The role emphasizes adherence to ITP, welding and testing standards, and timely reporting. Candidates should be able to read P&IDs, isometrics, drawings, and material specs while working on site in Singapore.

Qualifications

Graduate Engineers with 3–6 years of relevant experience.
Engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical, Petroleum/Oil/Gas, Civil, Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
Experience in refinery and Oil & Gas sectors is preferred.
Knowledge of welding inspection, piping isometrics, drawings and materials.

Responsibilities

Review inspection history and summarize equipment integrity.
Plan and supervise on‑stream and shutdown inspections for static equipment and piping.
Review ITP, WPS and methods for in‑service repairs.
Witness PT, MPI, PMI tests and hydrostatic tests.
Provide QA on construction and maintenance to meet standards.
Prepare final inspection reports with findings and recommendations.
