Job summary

Cultivar Asia PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Principal Physiotherapist to lead and oversee all physiotherapy services, delivering high-quality rehabilitation programs and driving clinical excellence across the organisation.

The role focuses on staff supervision, development of treatment pathways, complex case management, evidence-based practice, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and support service growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy registered with AHPC.
• AHPC registration and valid practising certificate required.
• Minimum 10 years of physiotherapy experience in hospital, nursing home, or rehab setting.
• At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven expertise in neurological rehab, orthopaedics, or geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage physiotherapy services across the organisation.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Physiotherapists and Therapy Assistants.
• Develop and implement specialised treatment pathways and rehab programs.
• Deliver expert assessment and treatment for complex cases.
• Monitor service quality via audits, outcomes, and governance activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
