St. Hilda's Community Services Centre is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to lead clinical rehabilitation at the Day Rehab Centre. You will assess clients, develop individualized care plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to optimise outcomes and drive service innovation.

You will supervise and mentor junior staff and trainees, contribute to partnership projects, and lead service improvements to ensure high-quality, client-centred care.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy recognised by AHPC.
• Full AHPC registration.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead clinical rehabilitation services at the Day Rehab Centre and conduct client assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to support ageing in place.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in regular meetings to review progress and adjust interventions.
• Lead development and execution of new client services and collaborative projects with partner organizations.
• Supervise, train, and mentor therapy assistants, volunteers, caregivers, and undergraduate therapists.
• Drive continuous improvements and service developments by identifying opportunities and implementing effective solutions.
