Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a licensed physiotherapist with AHPC registration to diagnose, treat, and manage patients referred for physiotherapy.

The role involves developing tailored treatment plans, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring proper billing and performance metrics. The successful candidate will supervise Therapy Assistants, support onboarding of new physiotherapists, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Physiotherapy.
• Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant physiotherapy experience is an advantage.
• Service-oriented with a strong patient-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients referred for physiotherapy independently.


• Develop and implement appropriate physiotherapy treatment plans.


• Maintain accurate and timely patient physiotherapy records.


• Ensure accurate patient billing and update performance statistics regularly.


• Comply with established clinical, operational, and service standards.


• Supervise and guide Therapy Assistants within the workgroup.


• Support the onboarding and induction of newly deployed physiotherapists.


• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to students on attachment.


• Practice within professional scope and consult supervisors or healthcare professionals when necessary.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient care.


• Assist in and/or co-lead departmental and workgroup projects.


• Manage and monitor therapy equipment and inventory.


• Review and update clinical protocols, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.


• Support the development, promotion, and implementation of new clinical services.


• Contribute to internal training programmes, educational talks, workshops, forums, and seminars.


• Maintain up-to-date professional knowledge and clinical competencies through continuous learning.

Requirements:
