Job summary

Redstone Commodity Search is seeking an experienced LPG Trader to join a trading house in Singapore. The role involves developing trading opportunities, sourcing, marketing and arbitrage to optimize margins.

You will manage the full trading cycle from market analysis to risk management, leveraging relationships with producers, refiners, shippers and end-users to expand volumes and profitability. Mandarin skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years proven experience in LPG trading or related energy commodities.
• Strong understanding of global LPG markets, pricing mechanisms, and supply-demand dynamics.
• Experience in executing physical LPG trades with end-to-end lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Develop LPG trading opportunities from scratch, sourcing, marketing and arbitrage strategies.
• Execute full trading cycle: market analysis, deal structuring, contract negotiation, logistics, and risk management.
• Leverage relationships with producers, refiners, shippers and end-users to grow volumes and profitability.
• Role reports to General Manager

Redstone Commodity Search are working with a trading house and exporter looking to hire an experienced LPG Trader to join the team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Develop and build LPG trading opportunities from scratch, including sourcing, marketing and arbitrage strategies to optimize margins.
• Execute the full trading cycle covering market analysis, deal structuring, contract negotiation, logistics coordination and risk management.
• Leverage established relationships with producers, refiners, shipping companies, and end-users to expand the LPG trading portfolio and drive incremental volumes and profitability.
• Role reports to General Manager

Key Qualifications / Experience

• Minimum 5-10 years proven experience in LPG trading or related energy commodities, with a strong understanding of global LPG markets, pricing mechanisms, and supply-demand dynamics.
• Demonstrated track record of executing physical LPG trades, scaling LPG desks from ground up including contract negotiation, logistics, shipping, and counterparty coordination.
• Mandarin Chinese language skills advantageous.
