Job summary

Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation in Singapore is seeking a skilled technician to mentor associate engineers and senior technicians, and to analyze SPC data for tool trends and line excursions. You will perform first-level investigations into OOC/OOS conditions and assist with process deviations, lot disposition, and tool judgments.

The role requires a Diploma in Eng or equivalent, experience in Photo Process semiconductor front-end, and the ability to work a 12-hour rotating

Qualifications

• Diploma in Eng (Electrical/Electronics/Chemistry/Microelectronics/Engineering or equivalent)
• Relevant working experience in Photo Process semiconductor front-end industry
• Willing to work in cleanroom environment
• Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift
• An excellent team player with good interpersonal skill
• Strong logical thinking capability and good analytical skill
• Highly committed with good ownership and accountability
• Passion for the semiconductor / manufacturing industry
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office Applications

Responsibilities

• Mentor associate engineers and senior technicians.
• Analyze SPC data and tool trends; investigate OOC/OOS SPC conditions.
• Perform first-level investigations for line excursions and process deviations.
• Handle lot disposition and tool judgment.
• Collaborate with equipment and manufacturing teams to meet module objectives.
• Perform basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure safety, discipline, and housekeeping standards.
• Sustain wafer quality and manage line activities.
• Document shift activities and ensure robust handover between shifts.
