The role involves patient counselling, handling medication inquiries and ensuring medication safety, while collaborating with pharmacists and healthcare teams to maintain high standards of care.

You will be part of the Pharmacy department to provide all aspects of administrative and operational support to the medication delivery services (MDS), onsite pharmacy activities as well as inventory management and pharmacy billing support in NCCS.
Provide basic pharmaceutical care services including patient counselling, medication reconciliation, identifying drug-related problems, processing prescriptions, and supporting P-medication sales.
Handle medication enquiries and elevate complex issues to pharmacists when needed.
Perform operational tasks such as monitoring waiting times, maintaining automation systems and pharmacy robots, supporting inventory management and product recalls, facilitating medication delivery, compounding health products, and executing billing procedures.
Collaborate effectively with patients, pharmacy staff, and interprofessional teams to achieve positive outcomes.
Uphold medication safety practices and workplace safety standards. Identify, report, and elevate safety lapses, errors, or near misses according to established workflows. Identify areas for improvement, provide timely feedback, and support quality and safety improvement initiatives.

Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Certified Pharmacy Technician
