Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative, secretarial, document management, scheduling, and office support to ensure smooth Pharmacy Division operations.
• Manage claims, payment requisitions, billing, procurement processes, invoice verification, and inventory replenishment.
• Ensure workplace safety, security access control, visitor management, and maintenance of clean and functional work areas.
• Coordinate staff onboarding/offboarding, training registrations, professional certification tracking, and learning administration.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying, implementing, and supporting process and service enhancements.
