Alexandra Hospital Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated pharmacist to join a supportive, collaborative team committed to patient-centered care in Singapore. You will dispense medications accurately, work with pharmacists, technicians, and clinicians to deliver safe, effective treatment, and contribute to daily operations and service improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Hospital experience desired but not necessary.

Mansioni

• Ensure safe, accurate and timely dispensing of medications.
• Work closely with pharmacy technicians, assistants, and fellow pharmacists to deliver coordinated care.
• Support day to day pharmacy operations, such as medication packing when needed.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver holistic care to patients.
• Contribute to and support training under the guidance of senior colleagues.
• Participate in service improvement and innovation initiatives.
• Undertake additional roles and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental goals.

Who We are Looking For

• Pharmacists registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (or pending registration)
• Responsible, adaptable, and open to learning in a dynamic environment
• A team player who enjoys working closely with colleagues across all job groups

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council
• Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Hospital experience desired but not necessary.
• Able to work independently or with minimal guidance.
• Good listening and communication skills.

This is a 2 year contract position. Renewal of the contract will be subject to satisfactory performance and vacancy availability.
