Job summary

ENGGSOL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Performance Testing Lead to steer all performance testing activities across projects. You will define strategies, plan workloads, and execute tests to ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability targets.

You will design test scripts using LoadRunner or JMeter, analyze results, and guide teams to resolve bottlenecks. Strong collaboration with developers, infrastructure, and operations is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading performance testing for medium to large‑scale enterprise systems.
• Experience designing and executing performance, load, stress, endurance, scalability tests.
• Hands‑on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end performance testing for software applications and systems.
• Define and implement performance test strategies, plans, and workload models.
• Develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts with established tools.
• Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend tuning measures.
• Collaborate with development, infra, database, network, and operations teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare performance reports, risk assessments, and stakeholder recommendations.
• Establish testing standards and governance within the team.
• Mentor team members in testing methodologies and tools.
