Job description

Join us in this newly created role as a Senior Performance Marketing Specialistand make your mark in a growing regional team.

What You’ll Do

· Manage the company's ad campaigns on global platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.), taking full ownership of paid advertising performance

· Develop advertising strategies and plans, allocate budgets effectively, and optimize campaign pacing

· Generate ad creatives and copy based on product features and collaborate with Creative Team to produce high-performing ad assets

· Monitor campaign performance, analyze data insights, and promptly optimize underperforming strategies

· Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales operations teams, adjusting strategies based on product cycles and data feedback

· Take on additional duties and projects assigned to support the team and business objectives

Who You Are

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field

· At least 2 years of paid advertising experience, including hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. Familiar with major campaign types and the functionalities of Google and Meta platforms, especially as applied to the e-commerce industry.

· Data-driven: Able to identify key metrics for paid media success, possesses a keen eye for data analysis, and knows how to leverage data to optimize campaign performance.

· Result-oriented and capable of independently tracking core KPIs such as ROI, developing campaign strategies based on performance metrics

· Comfortable working with international teams across both Eastern (China) and Western (U.S., EU) cultural backgrounds.

The successful candidate may have the opportunity to attend onboarding training in Shenzhen, China for 2 – 3 weeks
