Job description

Benefits:

  • Basic $4,500 - $5,000

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency (CPA, ROAS, CTR)

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that drive conversions

  • Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages

  • Analyse performance data to generate actionable insights and present results to key stakeholders regularly

  • Manage budgets effectively to meet monthly and quarterly performance targets

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (CRM, Product, Analytics) to ensure campaign alignment and end-to-end tracking

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

  • Min 3 years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, preferably in a B2C or e-commerce environment.

  • Proven track record of managing significant monthly budgets and delivering against performance KPIs.

  • Deep knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and related tools (e.g., GA4, GTM, Looker Studio

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
