Job summary

Seoulstart is seeking an experienced People Partner to advise senior leaders on people strategy aligned with business objectives in Singapore. You will own performance management, promotions, talent reviews, and succession planning cycles, shaping hiring and retention through data-driven HR practices.

This role requires partnering with cross-functional leaders across global teams, coaching leaders to build inclusive teams, and guiding organizational change and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Ten plus years HR or People Partnering supporting senior leaders.
  • Own end-to-end people cycles including performance, promotions, talent reviews, succession.
  • Handle complex employee relations with employment legislation and risk management knowledge.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders in global or regional environments at scale.
  • Hold advanced HR qualifications such as CIPD or SHRM (nice to have).
  • Experience in high-growth technology or fintech organizations (nice to have).
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, project management, and communication skills (nice to have).
  • Stay proactive, resourceful, and able to solve complex problems (nice to have).
  • Leverage HR systems and people data to inform decisions and improvements (nice to have).
