Job description

JOB PURPOSE

To assist the Finance Director and the Manager:

a) Process Payroll; and

b) Provide secretariat support.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Payroll - Monthly

  • Perform payroll processing administration and ensure that payroll is performed on a timely basis and accurately.
  • Ensure all payments made are in compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of all relevant documents (correspondences and reports) pertaining to payroll.
  • Prepare payment vouchers for ad hoc payroll processing and approval reports pertaining to payroll.
  • Prepare month-end payroll closing and reconciliation.
  • File electronic IR21 for resigned foreign staff for tax clearance to IRAS
  • Handle payroll related enquiries from employees.

2.IRAS

  • Involved in annual year-end tax reporting.

3.Ad hoc

  • Process employees' NSmen make-up pay claims and Government-Paid Leaves Claim in a timely manner.
  • Perform any other duties appropriate to the post as required by Supervisor / HOD.
