Job Purpose

To assist the Finance Director and the Manager:

  • Process Payroll;
  • Provide secretariat support.
Major Duties And Responsibilities
  • Payroll - Monthly: Perform payroll processing administration, ensure timely and accurate payroll, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Ensure all payments comply with company policies.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and month-end payroll closing and reconciliation.
  • File electronic IR21 for resigned foreign staff for tax clearance to IRAS.
  • Handle payroll-related enquiries from employees.
  • Involved in annual year-end tax reporting.
  • Process employees' NSmen make-up pay claims and Government-Paid Leaves Claim in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as required by Supervisor / HOD.
