As a Senior Payments Architect – Enterprise Cloud Solutions, you will leverage deep expertise in Cloud, enterprise software and payments architecture to define and communicate the value of our client’s solutions. You will provide architectural guidance and deliver tailored Cloud-aligned technical solution demonstrations that support each customer’s modernization strategy. Through collaborative planning and architectural influence, you will be essential to long-term strategic account development and the continued expansion of our client’s presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to define modern, scalable payment processing architectures aligned with clients’ operational and regulatory requirements, providing expert guidance on deployment models (Cloud/On-Prem/Hybrid) and compliance considerations.
• Design and deliver tailored technical demonstrations and solution prototypes, ensuring alignment with the client’s existing architecture, performance needs, and future scalability expectations while addressing key deployment and compliance concerns.
• Bridge business needs with technical execution by working across internal teams such as Product, Development, Implementation, and Architecture to confirm the solution’s practicality, coherence, and delivery readiness.
• Contribute to long-term account development strategies by identifying technical growth opportunities and shaping the payments technology roadmap with the client.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in wholesale/enterprise payments, and integrate insights into solution design and strategic advisory efforts.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Min 5+ years of experience in solution / enterprise architecture for Payments and Cloud.
• Over 10 years of solution / enterprise architecture in complex banking solutions preferably payments.
• Proven track record in creating and delivering mission-critical payment solutions demos/workshops with a technical approach, including expertise in resiliency and high-availability systems.
• In-depth understanding of payment operations, including card issuing, payment processing, digital wallets, fraud management, multi-channel payments, compliance and risk management, as well as architecture frameworks used by financial institutions.
• Experience with major Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and strong familiarity with Cloud-native architecture principles.
• Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate complex enterprise architecture and technical concepts to both business and technical audiences, including C-level stakeholders and senior management of both clients and internally.
• Technical familiarity with APIs, software development lifecycle, and integration best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
• Proficiency in English.
