Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for effecting clinic session changes in system, registering and liaising with different stakeholders to manage patient appointments, as well as other administrative duties
  • Meet quality standards and achieve department KPIs on a monthly basis
  • Provide excellent customer service and meticulous administrative support
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any relevant discipline
  • 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare industry
  • Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Working Schedule:

  • Mon – Fri | Office hours (staggered)
  • 1 half day Sat (AM) every 6 weeks
