A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their admission centers. You will manage urgent admissions from outpatient clinics, handle appointment scheduling, and maintain patient records. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of frontline customer service experience and is familiar with the SAP system. This role requires the ability to work staggered hours on weekdays.
You will deliver professional customer service to ensure smooth operation of the admission centres. This includes managing urgent admissions from outpatient clinics, appointment scheduling, payments, financial counselling and delivering pre-operative instructions to patients. In addition, you will maintain accurate patient records and documentation, as well as participate in quality improvement initiatives.
