The Job:

The Patient Service Associate (PSA) will serve as a point of contact who assists Community Nurses and Senior Care Coordinator Associates (SCCAs) / Care Coordinator Associates (CCAs) to answer calls and attend to general enquiries from SingHealth residents and patients. He/she will manage registration, appointment scheduling, referrals and billing to ensure smooth consultation with SingHealth HSG team. He/she will support the SingHealth HSG team in administrative and secretariat duties such as referral management, data collection and management, report collation and arrangement of multidisciplinary team sessions.

Job Requirements:

  1. NITEC/GCE N/O/A Levels with 2 years of experience
  2. Diploma holders (preferably healthcare related) with 0 years of experience
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
