Job description

You will deliver professional and excellent customer service to support the smooth operation of the clinics. You will perform cashiering duties for services rendered to patients and maintain clinic cash floats. You will also reconcile the counter collections and ensure timely submission of reports to the Business Office. In addition, you will manage appointment scheduling requests and provide secretariat support.

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline/ NITEC in Service Skills / GCE O Level
  • Relevant experience in healthcare, hospitality or customer service industry will be advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
