Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Register patients for consultation
• Attend to queries from both internal and external customers
• Render assistance to patients when necessary
• Collect payment for services rendered and accountable for payment collected
• Provide financial counselling to patients
• Assist with appointment scheduling for patients' follow up

Requirements

• Possess at least a GCE 'N' or 'O' levels, Professional Certificate/NITEC or Diploma
• Possess the ability to speak two or more languages / dialects will be an advantage (to liaise with dialects speaking patients)
• Possess experience in frontline customer service preferred
• Possess the ability to work 2rotating shifts (12 hours shift), including weekends and public holidays
