Overview

You will provide inpatient financial counselling to patients and their next-of-kin involving patient consent and authorization, estimated bills, healthcare financing and assistance schemes, payment options and payment collection. You will attend to financial counselling enquiries and follow through timely case closures. Other responsibilities include computation of statistical information, checking of document completeness, maintaining secured document keeping, participating in quality improvement projects, and providing administrative support to the department.
