Job summary

Singapore Management University is seeking a seasoned professional for SMU-X partnerships to source authentic industry projects and manage the full partnership lifecycle, from scouting to onboarding and ongoing collaboration. You will coordinate course delivery with faculties and offices, and oversee overseas course arrangements.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, project management and data integrity across portfolios, delivering high-quality partner experiences and programme outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in partnership development, industry engagement, programme management or stakeholder relations.
• Experience in higher education, innovation programmes or cross-sector collaboration is advantageous.
• Strong programme and project management skills including planning, budgets, schedules, risks, and coordinating multiple courses/events.
• Ability to lead from design through delivery and evaluation with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and curate authentic industry and community projects for assigned courses within SMU-X.
• Manage the full partnership process: prospecting, scoping, alignment, onboarding, delivery follow-up and repeat collaboration.
• Coordinate assigned course delivery with faculty and programme offices; manage schedules and partner feedback.
• Deliver overseas courses within the SMU-XO framework and plan overseas arrangements.
• Lead SMU-X Opportunity Awards selection and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain central partner and project databases and support partnership priorities.
• Apply university policies and quality protocols in decisions and actions.
• Deliver other duties as assigned.
