Senior Partnerships Manager (Events & POS)

The Team

The Member Accession Marketing Team (India) plays a critical role in driving Tide's growth in the Indian market by acquiring and onboarding new members from SMEs. The team tailors marketing strategies to engage potential members, guides them through seamless onboarding, and ensures they are well-equipped to leverage Tide's suite of financial and administrative tools. By creating localized campaigns, building strong relationships, and leveraging data for continuous improvement, the team fosters long-term member engagement, making Tide the go-to platform for Indian SMEs.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Run targeted marketing campaigns (online/offline) to acquire new clients and engage key decision-makers.
  2. Work closely with marketing, KYC, and support teams to align objectives and execute successful campaigns.
  3. Monitor and report on campaign results, identifying areas for improvement in future events.
  4. Use data and insights from campaigns to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
  5. Track sales, revenue, and partnership metrics, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
  6. Utilize CRM tools to maintain an accurate pipeline, managing relationships and opportunities effectively.
Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 10 to 11 years of experience in event management, B2B marketing, or customer acquisition, with a proven record of successful campaigns and events.
  • Proven leadership skills to manage and guide teams to exceed business goals.
  • Experience in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies within corporate and social event sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present strategies effectively to management, teams, and partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously, meeting timelines and objectives.
  • A well-established network with media agencies and event organizers (e.g., music concerts, marathons, etc.).
  • Strong sales skills, including closing deals, understanding client needs, and positioning solutions.
