Job summary

Land Transport Authority in Singapore is seeking a Senior Computational Design Technologist for a 1-year temporary contract. The role requires expertise in Rhino, Grasshopper, Rhino.Compute, and full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript development, with production deployment experience.

Qualifications

• Background in Architecture, Engineering or Computer Science with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Experience taking a product through production deployment.
• Proficient with Rhino, Grasshopper and Rhino.Compute; debugging headless Grasshopper services.
• Strong full-stack skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and a back-end language; API design.

Responsibilities

• Develop parametric geometry engine and architecture using Grasshopper, Rhino, Python.
• Design user interface with WOG integration and test with systems.
• Document backend relationship settings and produce troubleshooting guides.
• Create user manuals, FAQs, templates and conduct trials.
