Job Description

Reporting to the Paid Media Director, you will create impact within our Paid Search team. We take pride in working with some of the biggest brands, and as Google's global partner, we provide the right technology strategy and training, while fostering relationships. Your role involves leading our paid search activities within the Paid Media department, which includes team members with expertise in executing all forms of Paid Search. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support and collaborating with local and international teams.
  • Nurturing positive, collaborative working relationships with clients, colleagues, and third-party suppliers.
  • Overseeing a portfolio of digital campaigns and providing guidance and recommendations to paid media practitioners to exceed client expectations and KPIs.
  • Managing and monitoring the production and presentation of client-facing reports, studies, and presentations to Jellyfish brand standards.
  • Collaborating with Media Strategy and Client Management teams to drive innovative solutions for our clients.
  • Achieving continuous improvement by assessing Jellyfish's working relationships, practices, and methods.
  • Supporting our corporate culture by following established ethical and brand standards.
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of Jellyfish's marketplace and the digital landscape, with emphasis on emerging formats, technical solutions, and plans.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years' experience in digital marketing paid media management.
  • In-depth knowledge of technologies and processes involved in running paid media campaigns, particularly Paid Search, including Search Ads 360 (SA360) and Google Ads.
  • Industry-recognised certifications and demonstrated expertise in Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Google Analytics.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or additional languages is preferred.
  • Experience working in global teams.
  • Structured working habits, with the ability to manage competing demands and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Leading the paid media department alongside fellow Directors and VPs, ensuring individual and team KPI achievement.
  • Ownership of the paid media team's development needs, including training and regular feedback.
  • Ensuring team performance and conduct align with Jellyfish business processes.
  • Client-centric - Building long-lasting client relationships and adding value to their business.
  • Analytics & Reporting - Using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop strategies.
  • Process Improvement - Seeking and implementing solutions to refine and automate processes.
