Job Description

Reporting to our Paid Media Director, you will create impact within our Paid Media team. You'll contribute to guiding media performance and account growth. Your main responsibilities will include activation and optimisation, reporting and insights, testing and data analysis, and client communication across large accounts.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborate with the appointed digital partner to ensure processes, frameworks and KPIs relating to Paid Social are up to date following the growing use.
  2. Work in partnership with directors and heads of other departments and divisions to ensure adherence to best practice in all areas.
  3. Work with data, planning and other media teams to understand how Paid Social integrates with other media formats and channels.
  4. Collaborate with data suppliers and third-party data experts to contribute to data visualisation and presentation.
  5. Identify opportunities to improve Paid Social media plans and processes, working with digital partners to agree on the best approach.
  6. Design, deploy and manage campaigns on various social networks and perform or assist in campaign validation and audits.
  7. Develop Paid Social media strategies aligned with client goals to achieve KPIs.
  8. Utilise audits and research to deliver insight-driven strategies.
  9. Lead campaign meetings (internal and client-facing), representing the social team and providing strategic support.
  10. Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to exceed expectations and KPIs.
  11. Provide social media training to teams and clients.
  12. Produce reports, studies, and presentations adhering to Jellyfish brand standards.
  13. Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies in social media, analytics, and digital marketing.
  14. Collaborate with other media channels to build audience-focused media plans.
  15. Lead campaign strategy, research marketing channels, analyse competitors, and adopt a test-and-learn approach.
  16. Manage all activities and processes for campaign creation and execution.
  17. Manage relationships with partners, communicating strategy, budgets, and performance.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years' experience in Paid Social campaign management.
  • Experience managing Paid Social accounts, especially LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Snap, etc.
  • Experience managing complex media budgets.
  • Certifications in Meta media buying or planning (desirable).
  • Experience with GA4, Firebase, & AppsFlyer (desirable).
  • Experience with B2B campaign strategy.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, automation, and strategy.
