  3. Innovate: Develop and implement cutting-edge growth strategies to optimize performance and drive ROI.
  4. Analyze and Optimize: Conduct growth analysis using data-driven methodologies to identify trends, improve KPIs, and ensure consistent business growth.
  5. Collaborate: Work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements
  1. 3-4 years of proven experience in paid media buying, specifically for D2C e-commerce brands within the lifestyle or kids' niche.
  2. Expertise in media buying across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital channels.
  3. Strong analytical skills with experience in growth analysis, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
  4. Exceptional communication skills for managing and maintaining client relationships.
  5. Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to build and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
