National University Hospital (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Dietitian to deliver comprehensive nutrition and dietetic services to patients in the community, reporting to the Principal Dietitian.

You will perform nutrition assessments for complex conditions, provide education to patients and caregivers, supervise junior staff, and participate in governance, research and service-improvement initiatives with a strong multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• Independent nutrition assessments across age groups and conditions.
• Evidence-based nutrition management and monitoring.
• Leadership in education and supervision of junior staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nutrition assessment, diagnosis and intervention.
• Counsel patients, caregivers and groups with patient-centred approach.
• Supervise and mentor junior dietitians and students.
• Contribute to clinical governance, education materials and service improvement.
• Participate in MDT rounds and care planning.
