Job summary

National University Hospital (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Dietitian to provide quality nutrition and dietetic services to patients in the community, reporting to the Principal Dietitian.

You will conduct nutrition assessments, plan interventions, and support patients and carers across various settings, including phone/virtual/home visits. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential, and you will mentor junior Dietitians and supervise staff when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Completed clinical dietetic internships in approved institutions.
• Dietetic experience in public healthcare institutions will be an added advantage.
• Ability to apply nutrition/dietetic knowledge to patient management appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition assessment, nutrition support, counselling and education to patients and carers, individually or in groups.
• Review nutrition progress and document patient management.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions for patient care.
• Organise and participate in delivery of nutrition education programmes for patients and carers, public, community providers and healthcare professionals.
