Senior Outlet Sales Manager Beauty & TCM Wellness Spa

Job Summary:
As the Senior Outlet Sales Manager for Beauty and TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) Wellness at De Beaute, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales performance and daily operations of our beauty and wellness outlets. You will drive revenue growth, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards while leveraging modern beauty techniques and TCM wellness philosophies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor outlet sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets for beauty and TCM wellness services and products.
- Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer experiences, and adherence to company SOPs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, training, and product teams to launch new services and products effectively.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure high standards of product knowledge and service delivery.
- Manage inventory, costs, and budgets to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, especially related to beauty and TCM wellness practices.
- Build strong relationships with VIP clients, partners, and suppliers to enhance the brand image and customer loyalty.

Requirements:
