Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank is seeking an experienced professional to lead Second Line Operational, Technology and Cyber Risk (OTCR) oversight for the Corporate and Investment Banking lines in Singapore. The role focuses on independent challenge, risk identification, and escalation of material issues within the bank's ERMF framework.

You will work with Technology Risk, ICS and Third Party Risk teams to ensure risk controls are effective and governance remains robust, across operational, technology

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Technology and Cyber Risk management within the Banking industry.
• Proven ability to provide oversight, challenge and assurance to manage risk in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of global supervisory expectations relating to operational resilience, technology risk and cyber security.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review and challenge adherence to OTCR frameworks across the business.
• Ensure controls are designed and operating effectively and escalate breaches or incidents.
• Collaborate with Technology Risk, ICS, Third Party Risk and Centres of Excellence to drive risk transparency and governance.
