Job summary

The Edge Partnership, a leading asset management firm, seeks an OTC Middle Office Manager in Singapore to oversee trade processing, lifecycle management, and reconciliations across OTC derivatives. You will ensure accurate settlements, robust controls, and drive process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in middle/back-office ops with strong OTC swaps knowledge, stakeholder management, and advanced Excel/VBA skills; AI tools are a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in middle/back-office operations with OTC derivatives experience.
• Hands-on trade lifecycle management including confirmations, settlements and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical, proactive and self-motivated mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; advanced Excel and VBA preferred; AI tools are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Trade Processing & Lifecycle Management across OTC derivatives (IRS, swaps, caps/floors, inflation swaps, swaptions, cross-currency swaps, swap ETFs).
• Reconciliation & Settlement: match cash flows, manage collateral/margin, resolve breaks with counterparties.
• Reconciliation & Reporting: daily/monthly reconciliations across cash, securities, OTCs and fund accounts.
• Operations & Governance: prepare stakeholder reports, KPIs, procedures, and support audits and regulatory filings.
• Controls & Process Improvement: maintain audit trails and drive automation to reduce breaks.
