Job summary

The Ministry of Manpower in Singapore is seeking a proactive professional to lead internal communications and organisational development initiatives that strengthen department culture and align with MOM’s vision. You will design and deliver change-management strategies, facilitate in-house events such as Town Halls and staff workshops, and oversee budget, procurement, assets records, and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

Experience in customer experience / service delivery functions.
Experience in organisational development.
Experience in corporate services roles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills; deliver high-quality outcomes.
Independent and self-motivated.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva (advantage).

Responsibilities

Build a strong and positive department culture through internal communications, programmes, and activities (staff recognition and award nominations).
Design and deliver organisational development and change-management strategies, processes and interventions.
Design and facilitate in-house events (Town Halls, staff engagement workshops).
Manage the department’s budget administration and procurement, budgeting and audit checks for compliance.
Ensure effective business support for the department (stocktake of assets, records management, SOP alignment).
