Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore invites a detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to manage customer sales orders, coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics, and ensure timely order fulfilment. Diploma or degree in Supply Chain / Business / Logistics / Operations Management.
1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, distribution & operation management.

Responsibilities

Process and manage customer sales orders accurately and on time, coordinating with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics teams.
Perform ship confirmation on receipt of complete shipping documents and close pending orders by month-end.
Process stock transfers between warehouses or locations and monitor inventory movements.
Maintain inventory accuracy through stock reconciliation and ERP updates.
Maintain accurate documentation and support inventory audits.
Prepare operational reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Support process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
