Key Job Responsibilities:
- Business analysis for the bank's requirements.
- Requirements elucidation and discussion with customers and Oracle teams.
- Preparation of functional specifications for corporate banking needs, including lending, limits, supply chain, trade finance, and cross-border payments/SWIFT.
- Guiding teams in preparing functional/business test plans for customization.
- Ability to work and contribute independently.
- Adherence to Oracle internal processes.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders within Oracle.
- Working with banks and partners to deliver Oracle solutions.
The Talent:
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- 6 to 12 years of experience in corporate banking functions.
- Hands-on experience in corporate banking areas such as lending, limits, supply chain, trade finance, and cross-border payments, especially in multi-country operations.
- Previous experience in banking or financial institutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with the capital markets industry.
- Proven experience in gathering business and functional requirements.
- Specific industry knowledge in supply chain, limits & corporate lending, trade finance (front and middle office), primary and secondary markets, cross-border settlements, and SWIFT.
- Experience in managing and mentoring teams.
- Experience interfacing with customers for business requirement analysis and functional specifications.
- Understanding of industry trends and current market offerings.
- Working knowledge of Oracle SQL, BIP, PL/SQL; proficiency in at least one is advantageous.
- Experience in product implementation and user support.
