Job summary

Banking Computer Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Storage, Backup and Database Lead to direct Oracle database environments, storage and backup operations, and disaster recovery initiatives. You will mentor a technical team, define objectives and KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance across platforms.

You will collaborate with security, network and application teams while driving modernization and automation to strengthen resilience and service reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or related field.
• At least 10 years in IT infrastructure managing databases, storage and backup.
• Minimum 5 years in leadership or managerial roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Oracle Database, Storage and Backup operations team.
• Oversee DR planning, testing, and business continuity activities.
• Drive incident, change and release management following ITIL practices.
• Ensure security, compliance, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Manage vendor performance and stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure modernization.
