Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd is seeking an optics engineer to develop and implement new optic and illumination components for semiconductor equipment. You will design automated visual inspection systems and resolve optical issues, ensuring high performance.

You will also identify improvements to vision optics and lead refinement efforts. The role demands a degree in optics or related fields with 5+ years in optical design, alignment, testing, and high magnification optics, plus knowledge of LED illumination

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Optics Engineering, Physics, Photonics, or a related field.
• Minimum with 5 year working experience in optical design software, alignment, testing, and high magnification optics.
• Knowledge of LED illumination systems, lenses, specifications, design trade-offs, and basic optics modeling techniques
• Experience in 2D drawing

• Responsible for designing and developing automated visual inspection systems for a full range of semiconductor equipment.


• In charge of resolving existing optical/illumination issues within the equipment.


• Identify necessary and desirable improvements for vision optical system performance.
