Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering, Physics, Optics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of industry experience in optical or fiber component testing.
• Prior exposure to photonics, telecom, or high-speed networking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform characterization and testing of fiber optic components and modules.
• Analyze test results to ensure performance specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of test procedures and outcomes.
• Generate comprehensive test reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve product issues.
• Design, plan, and conduct optical and fiber testing on components, devices, and systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to support NPI and manufacturing ramp.
