Job summary

HYPERSCAL SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a Senior Operations Executive (Makeup & Wardrobe) to oversee day-to-day makeup and wardrobe operations on-site at Clementi, Singapore.

The role demands coordinating manpower, scheduling, and administrative tasks across the Image Unit with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years production experience, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘O' Level; 1–3 years in production is required.
• Organised, comfortable with numbers, and strong attention to details.
• Positive working attitude, meticulous, with good follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be result-oriented, motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Mature and pleasant disposition.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate makeup and wardrobe requisitions and appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage weekly rosters, ensuring coverage for unit and on-location assignments.
• Handle requisitioning, billing, and reporting in administrative and operational tasks.
• Engage vendors and freelancers to support operational needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely processing of records and billing.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery within the Image Unit.
• Collaborate with Makeup Artists, Wardrobe staff, and Production teams for smooth operations.
