Job summary

JTE Recruit Pte Ltd is assisting a client in the manufacturing sector to hire a Senior Process Improvement Specialist based in Singapore. The role focuses on driving Lean Six Sigma initiatives across cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and deliver measurable savings.

The candidate should have a minimum of six years’ experience in engineering manufacturing environments, with proven skills in DMAIC, VSM, and data analytics. Office hours, five-day work week, Joo Koon area.

Qualifications

• Min Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any relevant field.
• Min 6 years experience with business process improvement, or Business Analysis in an Engineering Manufacturing environment.
• Discipline in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, A3, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and root cause analysis methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Drive Operational Excellence initiatives aligned with business goals, KPIs, and cost-saving targets.
• Analyze operational data to improve productivity, quality, and overall manufacturing performance.
• Coach and mentor teams on Lean Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions, as well as the digitalization team to support process optimization and automation initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, measure improvement results, and ensure compliance with Operational Excellence standards.
