Operations & Financial Management
  1. Maximize supply visibility across all markets in the business unit, playing a critical role in stock planning, replenishment, and distributor allocations in regional offices.
  2. Ensure successful day-to-day supply planning, shipping operations, and job fulfillment to achieve optimal efficiencies.
  3. Manage budgeting, control costs, and keep the business financially on track through effective management of the supply chain and other resources, including reporting and analysis of activities and expenses against budgets.
  4. Lead operational functions with a focus on achieving set deliverables and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder & Team Management
  1. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to consolidate data sources and facilitate informed decision-making.
  2. Perform data analysis and report actual versus budgeted metrics in sales and operations planning meetings.
  3. Provide strategic guidance on business risks, regulatory compliance, and adherence.
  4. Supervise, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve individual and collective goals.
Operational Improvements
  1. Review and optimize shipping and freight activities with cost-saving measures.
  2. Evaluate and enhance operational processes for continual excellence, communicating findings and recommendations to management.
  3. Participate in leadership meetings, developing strategies to improve processes and competitive positioning.
  4. Set goals for ongoing improvements in supply availability, stock health, and logistics management.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP software, preferably Navision/Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including V-Lookup and Pivot Tables.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented with good time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
