Qualifications

• Titulaire d'une certification d'ingénieur professionnel (PE) ou LEW (Grade 9) sera un atout.

Responsibilities

• Superviser les opérations des projets, garantissant l'exécution dans les délais et le respect des normes de qualité.
• Mentorer les ingénieurs juniors pour promouvoir leur croissance professionnelle.
• Gérer les finances des projets, y compris le flux de trésorerie et le budget.

Technical Oversight:

• Guide and support project teams with technical knowledge in electrical/mechanical disciplines.

• Review and enhance technical documentation including proposals, design justifications, and project write-ups.

• Investigate and troubleshoot complex site or design-related issues.

• Share insights on specifications, drawings, compliance documents, and tender requirements.

• Offer value-added input during tender preparation, especially in technical compliance and value engineering.

• Mentor junior engineers, promoting professional growth and technical competency.

Operational Management:

• Lead operations across projects, ensuring timely execution, cost control, and quality standards.

• Support project teams in planning deliverables such as manpower allocation, construction timelines, and project milestones (Gantt charts, histograms, etc.).

• Supervise overall project financials including cash flow, budgeting, and profit & loss tracking.

• Attend and contribute to client and consultant meetings, addressing operational, manpower, or technical concerns.

• Assist teams with contract variations, recruitment planning, and resolution of project claims or disputes.

• Provide high-level solutions to site challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to workflow.

• Drive a collaborative and performance-driven culture, motivating and coaching site teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, recognized by PE Board Singapore / BCA / IES.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the M&E field within a construction subcontractor environment.

• Strong grounding in project management, with exposure to site operations and tender processes.

• Candidates with Professional Engineer (PE) or LEW (Grade 9) certification will have an advantage.

• Skilled in coordination, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

• Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and confident when engaging with senior stakeholders.
