Senior Operations Manager

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Security Management OR Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience is preferred
• Excellent Operational Management/Excellence, Training/Coaching, Leadership, Critical Thinking, Operational Process Re-engineering, and Communication skills
• Preferably Manager specialized in Physical Security/Protective Services or equivalent
• Possess Class 3 driving license

Responsibilities

• Oversee a mix of sectors/Operations Executive amounting to around 200+ duty posts
• Ensure excellent control over operations and client management
• Report to Managing Director (MD) and Deputy MD
