Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the site-based team, covering personnel, safety, operations, quality, and financial performance.

  • Oversee daily activities to achieve service targets while staying within budget.

  • Plan and manage preventive and corrective maintenance.

  • Drive improvements in service quality, tools, processes, team culture, and performance.

  • Develop team capabilities through proactive training and coaching.

  • Identify business opportunities and work with internal teams to convert them.

  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors when needed.

  • Handle major incidents and escalations effectively.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure continuous service improvement.

  • Ensure proper reporting, documentation, and compliance with workplace safety standards.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) or relevant technical qualification.

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership role in operations or maintenance.

  • Experience in automated systems, capital goods, or system integration preferred.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness.

  • Proven ability to work with third-party service providers and manage service contracts.

  • Capable of long-term strategic planning (up to 5 years).

  • Committed to workplace health and safety.

  • Available to handle escalations when required.
