Job summary

CLSA Singapore seeks a seasoned Business Manager to oversee the local operations, marketing initiatives and governance processes. You will ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office, support the COO and align activities with corporate policies.

The role requires 10–12 years in financial services, a degree in business, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will manage budgeting, regulatory reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• 10–12 years of working experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of marketing and branding management.

Responsibilities

• Drive marketing campaigns and branding initiatives to strengthen CLSA’s profile and market awareness.
• Assist SG COO in planning, organizing, and controlling day-to-day activities of the local office.
• Budget planning and tracking throughout the fiscal cycle.
• Manage local legal, regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with global support functions to implement policies in Singapore.
