Job Description

1. Operations Management: Oversee telecommunications (PABX), Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and other support services.
2. Contract Management: Monitor and review maintenance service contracts to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
3. Service Quality Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance service standards and operational excellence.
4. Infrastructure Support: Support and improve the center’s infrastructure to meet organizational needs.
5. Stakeholder Coordination: Work with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure project completion and compliance.
6. Policy & Procedure Review: Assess and update policies and procedures within your area of responsibility.

Requirements

1. Min Degree in any discipline
2. A WSQ certification in WSH would be an advantage
3. A team player with good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
