A leading company in the equipment leasing sector is seeking a Senior Operations Executive to support daily operations. Responsibilities include managing logistics, safety compliance, and project coordination. About the role
The Senior Operations Executive plays a key role in supporting the Operations Manager in managing and executing daily operational tasks. This includes coordination of logistics, documentation, procurement tracking, and safety compliance activities. The role plays a key part in supporting site and yard operations, ensuring smooth delivery of services and adherence to safety standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that relevant information from management is accurately captured and analyzed
Review the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery
Handle the project’s machinery erection works
Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks
Assist the Manager in the development of operating procedures
Communicate with the Operations Manager to report on project status
Coordinate projects from inception to completion
Provide technical support for heavy lift machinery load tests
Assist the Procurement team in tracking and updating purchase orders and filing to the Accounts Department
Conduct site surveys at various job locations for rental machinery equipment erection works
Act as the Risk Assessment Leader to ensure compliance with safe work procedures in the workshop yard and project sites
Ensure all documents are updated in accordance with ISO requirements
Arrange for service and inspection of service vehicles and machinery units
Oversee and supervise the logistics transportation plan for heavy machinery units
Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Company in response to operational needs
Requirements & Experience:
NITEC / Diploma in Engineering, Logistics, or related fields
Possession of a valid Singapore Driving License is preferred
At least 2 years of experience in the construction, logistics, or heavy equipment industry
Competencies:
Strong coordination and communication skills
Good understanding of operational logistic and safety procedures
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Familiar with risk assessment and safe work documentation
Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork as required
