As a Senior Operations Executive at Buddy Deals, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and streamline the day-to-day operations, ensuring that processes are efficient, scalable, and customer-focused. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and uphold high service levels. Your role demands strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.You will be tasked with managing operations across different functions such as supply chain, logistics, customer service, and order fulfillment. Identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements to boost operational performance will be crucial. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and timely execution of operations is also a key aspect of this role. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), generating reports, and tracking operational performance to identify areas for enhancement are vital responsibilities.Managing inventory levels, procurement processes, and vendor relationships to ensure timely product availability will be part of your daily tasks. Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards is essential. Leading and mentoring a team of operations staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement is another significant aspect of this role.
